【摘要】 目的:探讨太极拳运动诱导外周血白细胞Thl/Th2型细胞因子mRNA表达情况,以进一步了解太极拳运动对Th1/Th2型细胞因子平衡的影响,探讨太极拳健身的可能免疫学机制。方法:在健康中老年女性学练太极拳前、练习3月和6月时对其外周血白细胞自发性Thl/Th2型细胞因子mRNA表达进行实时定量观测。结果:经过太极拳运动干预,中老年妇女外周血白细胞INF-γmRNA的表达量逐渐降低,3、6月时表达量均与干预前相比存在明显差异;IL-4 mRNA表达量先降低后回升,但仍未达初始水平,且3月时的表达量与干预前相比存在显著性差异;INF-γmRNA与IL-4 mRNA比值逐渐降低,与干预6月相比干预前和干预3月均存在明显差异。结论:太极拳运动使健康中老年妇女Th1/Th2平衡向Th2极化,提示太极拳运动调节机体Thl/Th2型细胞因子的平衡也许是太极拳调节中老年机体免疫力、增强健身效果的可能机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study whether Tai-chi can effectively induce the expression of Th1/Th2 type cytokine messenger RNA(mRNA) in white blood cell.Methods:Twenty-one community-dwelling middle-aged and old women participated in an intervention program of supervised 48-style Tai-chi for 1h per time,3 times per week for 24 weeks.Th1/Th2 type cytokine mRNA expression of white blood cell was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) before intervention,at 12 wk and 24 wk of training.Results:(1) The expression of INF-γ mRNA both decreased at 12 wk(P<0.05) and 24wk(P<0.05) compared with that of before intervention respectively.(2) The expression of IL-4 mRNA decreased at 12wk and then increased at 24wk,and there are significant differences only when between 12 wk and before intervention.(3) The ratio of INF-γ mRNA and IL-4 mRNA decreased gradually after Tai-chi intervention,and there are significant differences both before intervention and at 12 wk compared with at 24wk.Conclusion: The Th2 cytokine in white blood cell increased and predominated after Tai-chi intervention and it suggests that Th1 / Th2 cell balance has important implications for the health mechanism of Tai-chi exercise for middle-aged and old women.更多还原
