【Abstract】 From the development trend of engineering construction project management at home and abroad,project management using social resources will become the development direction in the field of engineering construction project management.Based on expounding the feasibility of using social resources to realize underground engineering project management,this article further discusses the conditions and main means of the use of social resources in underground engineering project management.Taking Qingdao Jiaozhou bay tunnel project as an example,the comprehensive utilization of social resources in project management mode and management effect as well as achievements are discussed,which can provide reference for similar projects.更多还原
