采用向量扣减方法分析化妆品中对羟基苯甲酸酯

【摘要】 通过测定化妆品混合体系的紫外多波长光谱,构建本底光谱库和标准光谱库,采用向量扣减方法进行计算,建立了化妆品中对羟基苯甲酸酯的测定方法。实验结果表明:在0.25~10 mg/L质量浓度范围内,对羟基苯甲酸酯的吸光度值和质量浓度呈良好线性关系(r>0.999 2),测量相对误差小于1.2%,RSD小于1.7%。用于市售产品的测定,其结果与高效液相色谱法结果接近。方法快速、准确,降低了试剂消耗量,为化妆品的现场分析提供了可行方案。

【Abstract】 A UV-Vis spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination of paraben ester in cosmetics.The sample spectrum was identified by establishing background spectrum library and standard spectral library,and using vector deductible model calculation.The results indicated that the method exhibited a good linearity for paraben ester in the range of 0.25-10 mg/L(r>0.999 2).The relative error is less 1.2% and the RSD is lower than 1.7%.The analytical results of the proposed method are similar to those obtained by the HPLC method.The method is rapid,accurate and less reagent-consuming,and could provide a feasible scheme for in situ analysis of cosmetics.
