翻译:中国古代法律文化走向世界之路

【摘要】 法律翻译是以语言转换为媒介的中外法律文化交流活动。本文以《唐律》为个案分析,论述中国古代法律文本的英译是通过语篇、句法和词汇三个层面的语际转换来实现的。希望本研究对中国古代法律典籍英译的理论研究有所借鉴,为对外传播中国法律文化尽绵薄之力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Legal translation is an act of communication within the mechanism of the law mediated by linguistic transfer. This paper,by utilizing the TANG CODE as a case study,attempts to illustrate that the English translation of ancient Chinese legal texts is achieved at the textual,syntactic and lexical levels if examined from the linguistic perspective. It is hoped that this study can shed light on the theoretical study of the English translation of ancient Chinese legal classics in general,and promote the transmitting of Chinese legal tradition to the outside world.更多还原
