【摘要】 目的:比较分析10年间广西肿瘤医院肺癌新发住院病例的临床特征,从中了解本地区肺癌的流行趋势。方法:收集2002至2011年10年间4 979例在我院初次住院的肺癌病例的临床资料,分析比较前后5年肺癌发病特征和动态变化。结果:10年来以51～60岁年龄组的肺癌患者最多,占32%;女性发病率有所增加,且开始有老龄化趋势;不论男女、汉族或壮族,鳞癌病例数比例均有所下降,腺癌病例数比例均明显增加;肺癌癌灶最多发生于右叶,占27.5%;以化疗为首的综合治疗方式对肺癌的治疗效果有很大提高,治疗有效率由67.5%升至72.4%。结论:2002至2011年本院肺癌患者中,腺癌已超过鳞癌成为第一病理类型,这将为本地区肺癌防治计划提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analysis the clinical features of new lung cancer cases from Guangxi Cancer Hospital in the last 10 years and to learn about the trends of lung cancer in Guangxi region.Methods: Clinical data of 4979 cases of the lung cancer patients initial stay in the hospital from 2002-2011(10 years) were collected,the 5-year incidence before and after of lung cancer characteristics and dynamic changes was analysed.Results: From 2002 to 2011 the majority of the patient(32%) was between 51-60 years old;Female gender had the most incidence and there was trend in aging people to develop lung carcinoma;Total number of squamous cell carcinoma cases had declined but adenocarcinoma has been significantly increased in the proportion of the number of cases regardless the sex or the race of the patient(Han or Zhuang);Lung cancer foci occurred most often in the right lobe,accounting for 27.5% of the cases;Chemotherapy,led by combined modality therapy in the treatment of lung cancer had greatly improved,the effectiveness of the treatment is between 67.5% to 72.4%.Conclusion: From 2002 to 2011 in cases of patients with lung cancer,adenocarcinoma is the most pathological type exceeding squamous cell carcinoma,local region should provide programs for lung cancer prevention and reference.更多还原
