【Abstract】 Urban rail transit project has active role on promoting city development,moreover,it also has a series influences on environment.In order to exactly evaluate the influence of urban rail transit project on environment,3 dimensions including full life cycle process,project engineering activities and environment influence factors were considered.Through taking 2-grade refinement for the three-dimensional index and combining with expert scoring model,the three-dimensional effective combination analysis on environment influence was provided for urban rail transit project,so as to reduce unnecessary works of environment influence analysis and increase the working efficiency of environment influence analysis on the project.更多还原
