铁路道岔转换设备综合监测系统设计
Design of Integrated Railway Switch Monitoring System
【摘要】 在分析现有转辙机监测系统所存在问题的基础上,设计了一套采用视频图像分析技术、传感器技术构建的铁路道岔综合监测系统。该系统通过全天候实时监测道岔缺口偏移量,实现缺口有超限趋势预警和缺口超限报警,及时发现道岔缺陷;采用传感器技术,对液压转辙机的液压、液位,转辙机内的温度、湿度及转辙机振动等道岔运用环境实时监测,生成监测曲线,便于及时分析掌握道岔状态。
【Abstract】 The paper focuses on the research and analysis of the existing switch machine monitoring system.We designed a set of Integrated Supervisory Monitoring System of railway switch using the technologies of video image analysis and sensors.The system adopts all-weather real-time video monitoring to detect gap offset and can realize gap overrun trend alert and gap overrun warning and find point defects timely.Based on sensor technology,hydraulic switch machine’s hydraulic pressure,liquid level,temperature,humidity,vibration and other environmental parameters are monitored and various parameter curves can be depicted.
