机制砂石粉和泥粉含量对C50箱梁混凝土性能的影响
Influence of mechanical ground sand powder and mud powder content on C50 concrete performances of box-girder
【摘要】 通过分析机制砂的特点,研究机制砂中不同石粉和泥粉含量对C50箱梁混凝土的工作性、不同龄期的抗压强度及28 d、56 d抗渗性能的影响规律,并探究其作用机理。研究表明:机制砂中石粉和泥粉含量对C50箱梁混凝土的工作性、力学性能和耐久性能均有明显影响;机制砂C50箱梁混凝土中石粉的最佳含量为8%~12%;泥粉含量限制在2%以下为宜(MB值≤1.2)。
【Abstract】 The paper applys the characteristic of machine-made sand to study the mechanism and the influence of different dust content and mud content in machine-made sand on the concrete performance of C50 box girder,compressive strength at different age and the impermeability of 28 d and 56 d.The results indicate that the content difference result in visible impact on working and mechanical performance of C50,as well as its duration.The paper unveils that the suggested content for dust stands at 8% ~ 12%,while for mud,the limit is set at 2.0%(MB value≤1.2).
