【Abstract】 A common case of personal injury in a traffic accident is analyzed herein in which the behavior is named consent for taking a ride by quasi kindness because it differs from consent for taking a ride just by kindness or from the contractual road passenger transportation.It is analyzed of taking lia-bilities of personal injury in this situation and put forward legislative suggestion thereof.更多还原
