学案教学法在《食品酶学》课程教学中的初探
Preliminary Study on Cases Teaching Method Applying in the Enzymology of Food Teaching
【摘要】 全面介绍了学案教学法在《食品酶学》课程教学过程中的实践情况,重点阐述学案教学的一般运作过程、学案设计过程及课堂教学过程,并指出了采用此教学后取得的成果,为《食品酶学》的教学改革提供了有益的尝试。
【Abstract】 This essay introduce the applying condition of Cases Teaching Method in Enzymology of Food Teaching.The design and processing of Cases Teaching Method in Enzymology were discussed in details and the achievements by applying this teaching method. This can improve teaching reformation in Enzymology of Food.
