【摘要】 新农村建设进程的监测评价模型在综合分析构成新农村水平诸要素的基础上,遵循一定的原则与度量标准,对新农村建设进程做出定量评价.基于建立好了的一套评价指标体系,用数学方法建立定量评估模型.监测平台的构建,就是在已构建模型的基础上,运用计算机语言设计出指定软件以便数据的处理.文中模型的构建上引入标准值来处理量纲的统一,二级指标采用集对分析法处理子准则层的各项数据,对于目标层则采用权重处理的方法.随着新农村建设的逐步推进,标准值的取值亦可随时更改,这使得本平台可以长期用于新农村建设状况的监测.更多还原

【Abstract】 The model of monitor evaluation for the new rural construction is defined as making quantitative evaluation of the process for the new rural construction,which is based on a comprehensive analysis of the new rural level on the basis of the elements and certain principle and metrics.Based on the established evaluation index system,we establish the quantitative evaluation model using mathematical methods.Construction of monitor platform,based on the model which has been built up already,uses computer language to design specified software to deal with data.In this paper,construction of the model brings in standard treatment to unify dimension.Secondary indexes used to set of analysis to handle various data and target layer use weight processing methods.With the gradual advancement of new rural construction,the valuing standard can be changed at any time,which makes this platform can be used for long time detection in the new rural construction condition.更多还原
