溶胶-凝胶法制备新型锂离子负极材料MnV2O6
Preparation of MnV2O6 via sol-gel method for lithium ion battery
【摘要】 偏钒酸锰MnV2O6具有特殊的钛铀矿结构,被认为是最有希望成为锂离子电池的负极材料之一。采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出的MnV2O6,对其结构和形貌进行表征,结果表明所制得的样品结晶度高,无杂相,颗粒粒径较均匀。
【Abstract】 Manganese metavanadate with special brannerite structure was proposed to be the most promising used for the anode of lithium ion batteries.MnV2O6 was prepared by the sol-gel method,using citric acid as a chelating agent,V2O5 and Mn(CH3COO)2·4H2O as starting materials.The sample was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electronic microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the MnV2O6 anode material has high crystallinity,no impurity phase,and well-distributed size of the particles.
