【摘要】 本文在对极重灾区、重灾区和一般灾区的300份问卷的调研基础上,从农户的视角出发,通过建立信贷政策实施效果的评估体系,以此来分析灾后重建过程中信贷政策在农村地区的实施效果,从而了解信贷政策实施中存在的问题,最后提出对策建议:加强宣传力度,实现宣传多样化;提升金融机构的服务水平,创新服务方式;建立配套的金融机制、金融产品和服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper is based on 200 copies of questionnaires in quake-hit areas,severely area and generally afflicted areas.From the perspective of farmers, the paper sets up a system of evaluating the effect of implementing credit policy of the reconstruction,so as to analysis the implementation effect of post-disaster reconstruction process credit policy in rural areas. This paper reveals the problems existing in the credit policy. Finally corresponding suggestions were proposed: strengthening the publicity and Implement diversification, raising the level of services in financial institution and Innovation service mode,establishing matched financial mechanism, financial products and services.更多还原
