【摘要】 合同能源管理是当前节能工作一个重要的商业运行模式。本文较详细地对我国高校节能优势、存在的问题进行了分析,认为通过合同能源管理模式能有校解决高校节能资金短缺、技术力量薄弱等问题,同时认为在高校实施合同能源管理能将全新的节能理念通过广大学子带入社会,并提出了在高校中实施节能工作的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Energy performance contracting is a new mode of commercial operation under the conditions of market economy.A more detailed analysis of the energy saving advantages and problems of Chinese Universities is carried out in this paper.It will demonstrate the operation mechanism of the energy performance contracting as well as the adaptability to the university energy conservation.Then point out that the contract energy management is the effective choice of energy-saving in College.Finally,recommended the implementation of energy-saving work in colleges and universities.更多还原
