【Abstract】 This paper reviews the development of the Guangzhou urban public transport.The author describes the whole transfer process of provision mode of the urban public transport from state-owned operation model into a public-private partnerships model,then back to state-owned operation model.The paper analyzes the causes,effects,and evaluation of the transfer process.The conclusion draws that the public-private partnerships is the optimal choice to solve the problems of the urban public transport service with the characteristics of public welfare and profit.更多还原
