【Abstract】 Compulsory education for children of migrant workers is not only out of the compulsory education funds guarantee in rural areas,but also out of the coverage of compulsory education guarantee in cities.Domestic research has attributed the cause of this phenomenon to the compulsory education funds guarantee problem.Some scholars put forward that we should establish education voucher system to solve the problem,however,they did not analyze practical problems in the education voucher system.This paper aims to study the practice of education voucher system in compulsory education funds guarantee for migrant workers’ children and offer related countermeasures.更多还原
