【Abstract】 Merger business in resources industries has been the business area of the greatest opportunity, but also of the most fiercely competition to our China investment banks.Facing these fierce competitions in the future,how to improve the competitiveness of investment banks in merger business becomes the problem which needs to be solved immediately at the moment.
