【摘要】 目的:通过改进滴眼药水的环节提高病区护士给患者滴眼药水的准确率。方法:针对护士以前使用眼药水的缺点及差错制定持续改进措施。从眼药水的管理、眼药水执行单的设计、护士执行眼药水的流程、医护患配合四方面入手,不断改进,有效地减少了临床滴眼药水各环节的差错。结果:对比2010年(改进前)与2011年(改进后)患者的满意度、护士点错眼药的发生人次,有明显差异。结论:改进后的滴眼药水方法提高了临床护士给患者滴眼药水的准确率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the correct rate of nurse using eye lotion on patients.Methods Making continuous improving measures by finding the shortcomings and errors occurring during the eye lotion using steps by nurses.The aspects from the eye lotion management,the procedure design and use,and the cooperation between nurses and patients all improved to reduce the error occurring in clinical.Results There were obvious differences of the satisfaction of patients,and the number of nurses’ error for eyedrops dropping between 2010(before) and 2011(after).Conclusion The improved eye lotion dropping method can improve the accuracy of nurses dropping eye lotion for patients in the clinical.更多还原
