【摘要】 目的:探讨康复操对腰椎间盘突出症术后患者功能康复的近期和远期疗效的影响。方法:选择2010年全年我院腰椎间盘突出症术后患者78例为康复组,选择2008年6-12月本院腰椎间盘突出症术后患者45例为对照组。对照组术后进行常规护理,康复组术后7h开始至术后6个月应用康复操进行康复锻炼。于术后1个月及6个月评价2组疗效。结果:康复组术后1个月腰腿痛评分以及SF-36中疼痛评分(BP)和一般健康情况(GH)优于对照组,两组之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。术后6个月ODI及SF-36评分中除疼痛评分(BP)和职业相关体能因素(RP)外,康复组优于对照组,两组之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:腰椎间盘突出症患者术后应用康复操进行系统康复锻炼,有助于促进术后康复,预防并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of intensive rehabilitation exercise on functional rehabilitation efficacy and prostecdtive efficacy in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods 78 cases with lumbar disc herniation from January to December in 2010 year were chosen as postoperative rehabilitation group,and 45 cases with post-lumbar disc herniation were chosen as control group.Routine and from 7h to six months postoperative care were applied to control group and rehabilitation group respectively.The evaluation was applied to two groups in the first month and the sixth months.Results Rehabilitation group after one month back pain score and the SF-36 pain score(BP) and general health(GH) than the control group,there were significant between the two groups(t-test,P< 0.05)(table 1).After 6 months ODI and SF-36 score,in addition to pain score(BP) and career-related physical factors(RP),the rehabilitation group than the control group,there was a significant difference between two troups(t test,P <0.05).Conclusion System rehabilitation exercises for postoperative lumbar disc herniation patients could promote postoperative rehabilitation,prevention of complications.更多还原
