【摘要】 目的探讨真两性畸形的诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗。方法分析1992年2月至2011年10月北京协和医院妇产科手术的14例真两性畸形病例。结果外生殖器畸形、闭经、周期性腹痛、腹股沟包块为该病的临床表现,性腺病理结果是同一个体内有卵巢和睾丸两种性腺组织,手术包括性腺切除和外生殖器畸形矫正。结论正确及时的诊断真两性畸形,根据其选择的社会性别,及时进行手术治疗,有助于减少对患者的生理心理影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the diagnosis,differential diagnosis,and treatment of true hermaphroditism. Methods:This is a retrospective study.Fourteen patients with true hermaphroditism received operative treatment in Peking Union Medical College Hospital from February 1992 to October 2011 were collected and analyzed. Results:External genitalia deformity,amenorrhea,cyclic abdominal pain,and inguinal mass were the typical clinical manifestations of true hermaphroditism.According to the pathology results,ovary and testis were existed in one body.Surgical treatment included gonadectomy and genital plastic surgery. Conclusions:Early and correct diagnosis of true hermaphroditism and proper operation according to the gender chosen in time are essential for these patients,which can help to reduce the impact of the disease on patients’ physiology and psychology.更多还原
