【摘要】 基于IPv6的无线高清视频监控系统,能够更全面、更清晰、更灵活地查看到所发生的事件过程,并可跟踪定位可疑目标,是安全防范系统的重要组成部分。作为下一代互联网的国家重点应用项目,该系统在笔者的积极努力下开发成功,并且已经在26届大学生运动会成功实施并运行。本文就该系统的设计、研发及应用进行了探讨。该系统涉及到了IPV6、3G、高清视频、分布式录像等四个方面内容。该系统的应用,大大提高了应急指挥快速反应能力,有效处理各种突发事件。提高了安保质量和水平,提高工作效率。通过提高信息的共享度,加快了信息的交互和工作的协同,提高了组织和管理大型活动的能力,市场应用前景广阔。更多还原
