【Abstract】 According to accurate historical data,this paper is designed to describe the Ming Dynasty’s food culture,which changed from its simple style at the beginning to the extravagant one towards the late part of the dynasty.,and analyze features of the social fashion and extravagant degenerating and vanity as a cause.Also,this fashion had impacts on social groups and helped reveal the tendency of the social decay.更多还原
