【摘要】 目的:观察综合疗法治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例慢性肥厚性咽炎患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组采用克拉霉素、地塞米松、维生素A口服及微波热凝等综合治疗,对照组采用克拉霉素口服、硝酸银烧灼治疗,对比观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率91.67%,对照组总有效率73.33%,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合疗法治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎疗效显著,操作简便,患者易于接受,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy of treating chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis by comprehensive therapy. Methods: 120 Cases of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group used comprehensive therapy, which included clarithromycin, dexamethasone and vitamin A orally taking, and microwave thermocoagulation; while the control group used treatment of clarithromycin orally taking and silver nitrate cautery, and compared the efficacy of two groups. Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.67%, and that in control group was 73.33%, the rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: It has great efficacy that treating chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis by comprehensive therapy; furthermore, the treatment is easy to operate, easy to be accepted by patients, and is worth promotion and clinical application.更多还原
