【摘要】 本文由离散制造企业生产车间作业流程特点入手,针对车间作业流程存在的瓶颈,引入了约束理论(TOC),提出了一个基于TOC的车间作业优化控制模型,并将该模型应用到某公司结构件制造(从切割、仿形、成型到组焊)的车间作业流程优化中,通过对其优化后的流程分析和评估,说明该模型在车间作业流程优化方面的应用效果显著。更多还原
