【摘要】 目的研究不同贮藏年限新会陈皮挥发油成分动态变化规律。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行分析鉴定;应用Kováts保留指数与质谱对化合物定性,面积归一化法定量。结果 6批不同贮藏年限新会陈皮挥发油中共定性、定量51个化合物,总含量97.976%~98.734%。6批样品中含量最高的化合物均为d-柠檬烯(49.775%~59.822%),另有2个含量较高的化合物γ-萜品烯(10.776%~20.121%)与2-甲胺基苯甲酸甲酯(1.209%~5.400%)。不同贮藏年限新会陈皮挥发油成分动态变化呈现一定的规律性。结论不同贮藏期新会陈皮挥发油成分在物质种类上基本一致,4年新会陈皮与另5批贮藏年限更长的新会陈皮在含量上有显著性差异。源于茶枝柑的新会陈皮挥发油属于柠檬烯/γ-萜品烯/2-甲胺基苯甲酸甲酯化学型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the chemical changeability of essential oils in Xinhui Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium( CRP) stored in different years. Methods The volatile oils were extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS. The oil components were identified by their mass spectra and Kováts retention indices and were quantified by the overall volume integration method. Results A total of 51 compounds were discerned in 6 samples stored in different years,and the total contents of identified compounds in each sample are from 97. 976% to 98. 734%. In 6 samples,the compound that has the highest content is d-limonene( 49. 775%-59. 822%),the other 2 compounds that have high contents are γ-terpinene( 10. 776%-20. 121%) and benzoic acid,2-( methylamino)-,methyl ester( 1. 209%-5. 400%). The chemical variability of 6 samples presents a regularity. Conclusion There is little difference in the chemical components between different samples,but a great variation in quantitation between the Xinhui CRP stored in 4 years and the other 5 samples stored in more than 4 years.
