推拿对一次性力竭运动DOMS大鼠模型血清IL-6的影响
The Effect of Tuina to Serum IL-6 of DOMS Rat Model After One Time Eccentric Exercise
【摘要】 目的观察推拿对DOMS大鼠模型血清IL-6的影响。方法将130只6周雄性SD大鼠按照随机原则分为安静组(A)、运动对照组(B)、运动前推拿组(C)、运动后推拿组(D)。实验中B1、C48、D48组因大鼠死亡各脱落1例,共计脱落3例,完成实验大鼠共计127只。除空白安静组外,大鼠均进行力竭游泳训练,负重为大鼠体重的3%。由专人运用捏法和捻法施于大鼠的两侧下肢,观察血清IL-6的变化。结果运动后1 h大鼠血清IL-6处于较高水平(P<0.01),然后下降至安静组水平,24 h逐渐上升至48 h出现显著升高的变化(P<0.01)。与运动对照组比较,运动前推拿组在1 h组有显著差异,血清IL-6数值降低(P<0.01);运动后推拿组在1,48 h组有差异性,血清IL-6数值降低(P<0.01)。运动后推拿组在48 h血清IL-6显著低于运动前推拿组(P<0.01)。结论推拿对DOMS大鼠模型血清IL-6异常有干预效应,运动后推拿对血清IL-6干预优于运动前推拿。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of the serum IL-6 about Tuina treating the DOMS rat model. Methods 130healthy and clean male SD rats of six-week old were randomly divided into 4 groups including normal control group( A),exercise control group( B),pre-exercise Tuina group( C) and post-exercise Tuina group( D). Group B,C and D were randomly divided into 1h,12h,24h and 48h groups. Each group consists of 10 rats. 3 rats died in B1,C48 and D48 groups,so 3 cases were lost,totally 127 rats finished experiment. Except the group A,the other groups ’rats all trained by exhausting swimming with carrying a subject of 3% body weight. Tuina manipulation: Two lower limbs of rat were treated by pinching manipulation and holding-twisting manipulation. Observe index was serum IL-6. Results The level of serum IL-6 was high in 1h after exercise( P < 0.01),then dropped down to the level of group A,but rose again in 24h to 48h gradually( P < 0. 01). In comparison with the group B,the level of serum IL-6 of group C reduced in 1h( P < 0. 01),and the level of serum IL-6 of group D reduced in 1h and 48h( P <0. 01),the level of serum IL-6 of group D was lower than group C( P <0. 01). Conclusion Tuina can intervene on serum IL-6 of DOMS Rat Model. Intervention of post-exercise Tuina is better than pre-exercise Tuina.
