电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定柄扁桃叶片中元素含量

【摘要】 目的测定柄扁桃叶片中微量元素含量,为其资源综合开发利用提供一定的科学依据。方法采用HNO3-HClO4消解体系对柄扁桃叶片进行消解制样,利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定了柄扁桃叶片中Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Al,Sr和Sn等九种元素的含量。结果柄扁桃叶片中含有大量的Ca和Mg,其次为Al,Fe,Sn,Mn和Sr,含有少量的Zn和Cu,9种元素的加标回收率为93%~110%,RSD为0.31%~1.89%。结论该方法快速、简便、数据准确可靠,结果令人满意,为其综合开发利用提供科学依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for determination of elements in the leaves of Prunus pedunculata,it is the role for the comprehensive utilization of resources to provide a scientific basis. Methods The samples were digested by nitric acid-perchloric. The contents of Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Al,Sr and Sn in the leaves of Prunus pedunculata were determined by ICP-AES,at the same time made a blank experiment. Results The results showed that there were lots of Ca and Mg,there were less Al,Fe,Sn,Mn and Sr,there were a few Zn and Cu in the leaves of Prunus pedunculata. The recovery rate of the nine elements was between 93% ~ 110%,the relative standard deviation was between 0. 31% ~ 1. 89%. Conclusion This method is fast,simple and accurate.
