麻杏石甘汤煎煮过程中苦杏仁剂量变化对其他成分溶出影响的研究
Research of Dissolution Influence on Other Ingredients According to the Different Amount of Almond in Maxing Shigan Decoction
【摘要】 目的研究麻杏石甘汤煎煮过程改变苦杏仁用量对其他药材成分溶出的影响,为随证施量的用量提供理论参考。方法改变麻杏石甘汤中的苦杏仁剂量,将其他药材(麻黄、石膏、甘草)作为固定因素,采用HPLC法,测定甘草苷、甘草酸、麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱、苦杏仁苷的含量,对试验数据进行数学模型模拟分析。结果苦杏仁药材用量的不同,对甘草苷、甘草酸的含量具有显著性的影响,对麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱的含量没有影响。结论在麻杏石甘汤止咳病症中对苦杏仁药材的随证施量应该权衡利弊。
【Abstract】 Objective Research of dissolution influence on other ingredients according to the different amount of Almond in Maxing shigan decoction.To offer the reference With the card application quantity. MethodsChange the Dosage of Almond,the other medicinal materials(ephedra,licorice,gypsum)as fixed factors,Determination content of Liquiritin,Glycyrrhetinic acid,Ephedrine,Pseudoephedrine,Amygdalin content in Maxing shigan decoction with HPLC. ResultsEphedrine and Pseudoephedrine content have signifantly affected Liquiritin and Glycyrrhetinic acid.there is no Compatibility of ephedra and Almond. ConclusionWe should weighing the pros and cons when With the card application quantit.
