【摘要】 目的研究彝药窝津津花和小铜锤中总黄酮的提取及其对活性氧自由基的清除作用。方法采用70%乙醇提取总黄酮,对所提取的黄酮类物质进行验证,并用分光光度法测定黄酮含量,用总黄酮对活性氧自由基清除作用进行试验。结果窝津津花总黄酮含量为10.83%,对.OH和O2-.的清除率分别可达38.5%和34.6%;小铜锤中总黄酮含量为0.609%,对.OH和O2-.的清除率分别可达45.8%和31.6%。结论窝津津花中含有丰富的黄酮类物质,两种彝药中黄酮类物质对.OH和O2-.有较好的清除能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the extraction method of the total flavonoids in Rumex hastatus D.Don Flowers and Pratia nummularia(Lam.)A.Br.et Aschers,and to study their effects of Anti-active Oxygen Free Radicals.Methods The flavonoids were extrcted with 70% ethanol.Spectrphotometry was used to determine the content of the flavonoids.The effect of the extracts from Rumex hastatus D.Don Flowers and Nummularia(Lam.)A.Br.et Aschers on Anti-active Oxygen Free Radicals was studied.Results By this method,the content of the total flavonoids in Rumex hastatus D.Don Flowers was 10.83%,scavenge rate to ·OH and O2-· with the total flavonoids were 38.5% and 34.6%,respectively;the content of the total flavonoids in Pratia nummularia(Lam.)A.Br.et Aschers was 0.609%,scavenging rate to ·OH and O2-· with the total flavonoids were 45.8% and 31.6%,respectively.Conclusion There are plentiful total flavonoids in Rumex hastatus D.Don Flowers.The total flavonoids in the Rumex hastatus D.Don Flowers and Pratia nummularia(Lam.)A.Br.et Aschers can scavenge ·OH and O2-· efficiently.更多还原
