【摘要】 目的从蒙古扁桃药材中提取多糖并测定多糖含量。方法经脱脂、醇提后,采用水提醇沉法制备蒙古扁桃多糖,Savage法脱蛋白;以蒙古扁桃精制多糖测得蒙古扁桃多糖对葡萄糖的换算因子,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量。结果平均加样回收率为97.39%,RSD=1.18%(n=6);蒙古扁桃药材中多糖的含量为7.78%。结论该法简便、快速、准确、重现性好,为蒙古扁桃药材的质量控制和资源开发利用提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo extract the polysaccharide and measure the content in Amygdalus mongolica. MethodsA.mongolica polysaccharides were prepared by water extraction-alcohol precipitation method,and then deproteinized to obtain refined A.mongolica polysaccharides.After the conversion coefficient of refined A.mongolica polysaccharides to glucose was obtained,the content of A.mongolica polysaccharides was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method. ResultsThe polysaccharide content in A.mongolica was 7.78%,the rate of recovery was 97.39%,and RSD was 1.18%(n=6). ConclusionThis method is fast,simple and accurate.It is the role for the comprehensive utilization of resources to provide a scientific basis.更多还原
