【摘要】 目的测定分析华北平原管花肉苁蓉不同时期、不同部位的甘露醇含量。方法紫外-可见分光光度法。结果 1a、2a管花肉苁蓉甘露醇含量的年内变化趋势基本一致,10月均达到最高值,分别为6.01%和7.12%,且2a肉苁蓉的甘露醇含量高于同期1a肉苁蓉;肉苁蓉不同部位的甘露醇含量表现为:基部>中部>顶部。结论管花肉苁蓉不同时期、不同部位的甘露醇含量差异极显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Utilizing 1 annual and 2 annual Cistanche tubulosa as samples,Mannitol content of C.tubulosa has been investigated and analysed in different stages and different parts. Methods Extract mannitol by distilled water through direct fire from C.tubulosa,then it was determined by colorimetry with SP-2100 UVPC-V in 413nm. Results The mannitol content of 2 annual C.tubulosa was higher than 1 annual C.tubulosa in the corresponding stages,and was reaching the maximum value in octorber.The mannitol content of 1 annual and 2 annual C.tubulosa were respectively 6.01% and 7.12%,they had the same trend within one year;The mannitol content in the base of 2a C.tubulosa plant reached the highest value,the order of mannitol distribution in different parts was that the base had the highest content,the central second,then the top. Conclusion Both in different stages and different parts,the mannitol content of C.tubulosa proved to be significantly different.更多还原
