人参皂苷对青霉素致癫新生大鼠的影响研究

【摘要】 目的研究人参皂苷Rb1对青霉素致癫新生大鼠的影响。方法将出生10天的SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、Rb1组,分别取0周、2周、4周新生鼠的海马组织,HE染色观察新生鼠海马的组织形态学改变,免疫组化测定Bax、Bcl-2的表达。结果模型组较正常组海马CA3区神经元凋亡、坏死明显,损伤较重;Bax表达增多;Bcl-2表达下降。Rb1组较模型组大鼠神经元细胞病理损伤程度较轻;Bax表达相对下降;Bcl-2表达相对增高。结论人参皂苷对青霉素诱导的痫性发作有一定的治疗作用,可以保护神经细胞。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of ginsenoside on penicillin-induced epilepsy in neonatal rats. Methods 10-days-old healthy,clean level SD rats were randomly classified into 3 groups,which were normal group,model group and Rb1 group.At the point of 0,2,4 weeks after treatment,the hippocampus organization were obtained carefully to observe the morphological changes of hippocampus organization by HE-stain,and check the expression of Bax and Bcl-2 by immunohistochemistry. Results In contrast with the normal group,the apoptosis and necrosis of neurons in the CA3 area of the model group increased more prominently.The expression of Bax in the model group were more than the normal group prominently,but the expression of Bcl-2 were less than the normal group.In the Rb1 groups,the neurons in hippocampal CA3 area became pyknotic necrosis,and arranged curly and disorderly but more slight than the epileptic model group.The expression of Bax were less than the model group,more than the normal control group.The expression of Bcl-2 were more than the epileptic model group,less than the normal control group. Conclusion Ginsenoside can obviously alleviate the severity of epileptic seizure in epileptic rats and protect the nerve cells.
