蒙药森登-4汤抗炎镇痛有效部位及其化学成分的研究
Study on anti-inflammatory and analgesic effective parts of Mongolian medicine Sendeng-4 decoction and its chemical constituents
【摘要】 目的对蒙药森登-4汤有效部位化学成分进行研究。方法对蒙药森登-4汤水煎剂、石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取物部位的抗炎镇痛药效进行比较,从中选取抗炎镇痛作用较明显的乙酸乙酯提取部位作为研究对象,采用硅胶柱色谱法及制备色谱技术对其化学成分进行分离,用波谱法进行鉴定。结果分离出6个化合物,通过波谱解析,分别鉴定它们的结构:杨梅素(myricetin);阿魏酸(ferulic acid);2α,3β-双氢杨梅树皮素没食子酸酯(2α,3β-dihydromyricetin gal-late);2α,3β-双氢杨梅树皮素(2α,3β-Dihydromyricetin);槲皮素(quercetin);苯甲酸(benzoic acid)。结论这些化合物均从森登-4水煎剂中首次分离得到。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the chemical constituents of effective parts of Sendeng-4 decoction. Methods Two models of Xylene induced mouse ear edema and acetic acid induced writhing were selected as the models to evaluate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of four effective parts such as decoction,petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butanol extract of Sendeng-4 decoction were investigated,respectively.According to the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect,ethyl acetate extract was selected for separation.A silica column chromatography and the preparative high performance chromatography technology were used to isolate and purify the compounds. Results Six compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract.They were identified as myricetin,ferulic acid,2α,3β-Dihydromyricetin gallate,2α,3β-dihydromyricetin and quercetin,benzoic acid. Conclusion Six compounds were isolated and identified from Sendeng-4 decoction for the first time.
