【摘要】 地方院校是培养卓越工程师的主力军。文章以浙江工业大学化学工程与工艺专业卓越化学工程师培养方案为例,阐明构建和设计地方院校卓越工程师培养方案过程中要以"非同质化"理念为基础,关键要体现主动服务区域发展战略和行业企业需求,并且在基于学校特色基础上进行改革创新。文章同时对"卓越计划"实践过程的成效和存在的问题进行了分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Local universities serve as the main force of cultivating outstanding engineers.Exemplified by the cultivation plan of outstanding engineers in Chemical Engineering and Technology Department,Zhejiang University of Technology,this paper elaborates that the cultivation plan should be based on the conception of dissimilarity.The key lies in the fact that the plan should meet the requirements of regional development strategy and enterprise needs.At the same time,reform and renovation should be conducted on the basis of university characteristics.In the mean time,an analysis about the effectiveness and the existing problems of the plan is also conducted.更多还原
