【摘要】 当前中国已处于城市化中期阶段,但我国城市化进程与消费率变化存在明显的现实悖论。究其根源,关键在于二元结构改革滞后制约着居民消费需求尤其是农村居民消费需求的扩大。为此,本文建议在城市化加速时期以城乡一体化发展启动居民消费。具体而言,就是以农民工的真正市民化、以农村土地资产的资本化和收入化、以城乡基本公共服务的均等化及以城乡消费市场的一体化来启动农村消费。更多还原

【Abstract】 In China,there is an obvious reality paradox between urbanization process and consumption rate change in the intermediate stage of urbanization.The key reason is that reform of the binary for urban and rural is lagged,which constrains the expanding of urban household consumption especially rural household consumption.Consequently,this paper proposes promoting the urban-rural integration development to expand household consumption during the acceleration period of urbanization.In order to expand rural household consumption,the main measures are the real citizenization of farmer-turned migrant workers,the capitalization of rural land assets,the equalization of urban-rural basic public services and the integration of urban-rural consumer market.更多还原
