CePO4及Eu3+掺杂CePO4一维纳米薄膜的制备与表征
Synthesis and characterization of Eu3+ doped one-dimensional nanostructured CePO4 films
【摘要】 以ITO导电玻璃为基材,采用溶液化学法分两步制备CePO4及Eu3+掺杂CePO4一维纳米薄膜.研究底膜液提拉次数、底膜厚度、陈化液pH值和陈化时间等对薄膜形貌的影响.采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪和荧光分光光度计等对CePO4及Eu3+掺杂CePO4一维纳米薄膜进行表征.结果表明,用无水乙醇底膜液,提拉3~6次,经350℃煅烧,在pH值为1.4~1.6的水相陈化液中,90℃水浴陈化3~6 h,即可在ITO导电玻璃上制得平整致密,具有较大比表面积的六方晶相CePO4及Eu3+掺杂CePO4一维纳米薄膜.
【Abstract】 Eu3+ doped one-dimensional nanostructured CePO4 thin films were prepared by a two-step solution chemical method on ITO conductive glass.The effects of substrate membrane liquid,dip-coating times,thickness of substrate membrane,pH values of aging solution and aging time on the morphology of CePO4 thin films were systematically studied.The Eu3+ doped one-dimensional nanostructured CePO4 films were characterized by scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffratometer,and fluorescence spectrophotometer.These results indicate that Eu3+ doped one-dimensional nanostructured CePO4 thin films with hexagonal phase and a larger specific surface can be prepared by dipping-coating 3-6 times in the anhydrous ethanol with further heat treatment at 350 ℃,then aged in the 1.4-1.6 pH liquid for 3-6 h at 90 ℃.
