【摘要】 [目的]观察六味地黄丸治疗慢性口腔炎疗效。[方法]对63例门诊患者使用六味地黄丸(生地30g,丹皮、泽泻、茯苓、黄连、黄柏各10g,黄芪、黄芩、大黄各15g,花粉、玄参各15~20g。便秘甚加大黄至10~15g,口干渴加知母15~25g,气虚甚加黄芪至20~30g)。1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程(10d),判定疗效。[结果]治愈43例,有效5例,无效15例,总有效率76.19%。[结论]六味地黄丸治疗慢性口腔炎效果显著,值得推广。更多还原
