【摘要】 [目的]观察辨证分型联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对102例门诊患者采用辨证分型治疗:①气滞血瘀型使用理气化瘀汤;②风寒湿痹型使用独活寄生汤;③肝肾亏虚型使用六味地黄汤;1剂/d,水煎100mL,早晚口服。玻璃酸钠关节腔注射,髌下内侧或外侧入路,常规消毒,局麻后穿刺入关节腔内,抽吸无回血,缓慢注入玻璃酸钠,2mL/次,1次/周。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗5疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈67例,有效29例,无效6例,总有效率94.11%。[结论]辨证分型联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical type and sodium hyaluronate treat osteoarthritis.[Methods] Using a prospective design method,102 cases osteoarthritis patients were treated by the method of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical type.①Qi stagnation and blood stasis type ues Li Qi Hua Yu Decoction.②The wind cold dampness arthralgia type use duhuojisheng Decoction. ③Deficiency of liver and kidney type use liuweidihuang Decoction 1 agent/d,fried in water 100mL,oral in morning and evening. The injection of sodium hyaluronate in articular cavity,Patella inside or outside approach,Regular disinfection,After local anesthesia,Puncture into the joint cavity Suction back without blood,Slowly inject sodium hyaluronate 2mL/time,1 time/weeks,Continuous treatment,7d/ Course of treatment.
