【摘要】 [目的]观察按虚实与人迎-寸口脉象分组汤剂-针灸-西药治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效。[方法]使用平行对照方法,将120例住院患者按虚实与人迎-寸口脉象分为两组,两组均在常规治疗基础上联合中医内服与外治。阿斯匹灵肠溶片、丹红注射液、伸筋洗剂沐足、辨证分型根据人迎寸口脉诊法指导补泻治疗选择方剂、针刺补/泻等方法。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、血液流变学指标、血流速度、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]实证组治愈9例,显效22例,有效20例,无效7例,总有效率87.93%。对照组治愈10例,显效24例,有效22例,无效6例,总有效率90.32%。两组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。血液流变学指标、血流速度两组间均无明显差异(P>0.05)。[结论]按虚实与人迎-寸口脉象分组汤剂-针灸-西药治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕,疗效满意,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]The observation according to actual situation and Renying-Cunkou pulse- packet Decoction- acupuncture- Western medicine in the treatment of vertebral basilar artery insufficiency vertigo. [Method]Using parallel controlled method,120 patients according to the actual situation and Renying-Cunkou pulse- divided into two groups,two groups on the basis of routine treatment combined with the TCM internal and external treatment.Continuous treatment.After 2 weeks,the topics to be compared through the clinical efficacy,TCD,as well as changes in hemorheology before and after treatment.[Results]The 9 patients were cured,22 cases markedly effective,20 cases,7 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 87.93%.The control group cured 10 cases,effective in 24 cases,effective 22 cases,invalid 6 cases,the total efficiency of 90.32%.No significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The indexes of blood rheology,blood flow velocity between two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).[Conclusion]According to the actual situation and Renying- Cunkou pulse- packet Decoction- acupuncture- Western medicine in the treatment of vertebral basilar artery insufficiency vertigo,satisfied with the effect,worthy of promotion.更多还原
