【摘要】 [目的]观察薯蓣丸联合支持治疗晚期肿瘤患者厌食疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院患者按随机数字表方法随机分为两组随机分为两组,对照组60例支持治疗,治疗组60例薯蓣丸组方(山药30g,当归15g,桂枝6g,熟地黄20g,党参10g,川芎10g,白芍15g,炒白术15g,麦门冬10g,茯苓20g,桔梗10g,杏仁10g,枳壳10g,柴胡10g,阿胶10g,炒麦芽30g,鸡内金10g,炙甘草6g),随证加减,水煎400mL,早晚分2次温服,最佳支持治疗同对照组,连续治疗3周为1疗程。观测临床症状、体重、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]食欲改善、卡氏评分、体重治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]薯蓣丸联合支持治疗晚期肿瘤患者厌食,能有效改善晚期肿瘤患者厌食症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To observe the clinical effects of Shuyu Pill combined with the best supporting treating patients suffering from cancer anorexia.[Methods]A total of 120 hospitalized patients with cancer anorexia were randomly divided into 2 groups by random nunber table,the control group were treated with best supportive care only,the observative group were first treated with best supportive care,then taken Shuyu Pill prescription,which consists of Shanyao 30g,Danggui 15g,Guizhi 6g,Shudihuang 20g,Dangshen 10g,Chuangxiong 10g,Baishao 15g,Baizhu 15g,Maimendong 10g,Fuling 20g,Jiegeng 10g,Xingren 10g,Zhiqiao 10g,Chaihu 10g,Ejiao 10g,Maiya 30g,Jineijin 10g,Zhigancao 6g,add or subtract with the symptom,water decocting to 400mL,taken twice on breakfast or supper.Continue the treating for 3 weeks,then observe the clinical symptom,weight,side effects.[Results]Considering about orexia improvation,KPS rising and weight increase,the observative group was better than control group,there was statistics difference.[Conclusion]Shuyu Pill combined with the best supporting care can improve orexia of tumor patients effectively.更多还原
