【摘要】 [目的]观察辨证分期分型治疗慢性阻塞性肺病疗效。[方法]对228例慢性阻塞性肺病辨证分期分型论治。肺气虚补肺益气,四味补气胶囊、参芪补肺汤;肺脾气虚补肺健脾,黄芪建中汤加益肺健脾中药;肺肾气虚补肾益肺,益肾固本汤加固本咳喘片;痰热蕴肺型清热化痰、降逆平喘,加味苇茎汤加清热化痰方;痰饮伏肺兼肺肾气虚型温肺化饮,平喘止咳,小青龙汤、加味己椒苗黄汤;肺热痰瘀兼痹型通阳宣痹,益气通阳汤;肺热痰瘀兼脾肾阳虚型温补脾肾,祛痰化瘀,健脾平喘化痰中药。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、生化指标、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]显效187例,好转19例,无效20例,总有效率91.20%。[结论]辨证治疗慢性阻塞性肺病方面效果显著,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To observe the traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(copd).[Methods]228 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary syndrome installment type of treatment.Lungs lung qi qi,qi four flavor capsules,Shenqi lungs soup;DLS lungs and spleen,the spleen Yifei Huangqijianzhong Tonga medicine;Bushenyifei lung and kidney deficiency,kidney soup reinforcement consolidate the cough tablets;phlegm phlegm retention in the lung model,Jiangni asthma,flavored reed stems Tonga phlegm party;phlegm volts lung and lung and kidney qi deficiency drink warm the lung,cough and asthma,Xiaoqinglongtang,Miao Huang Jiawei has pepper soup;Hyperactivity phlegm and yang Xuanbi type Bi,Qi Tong Yang Tang;Hyperactivity phlegm and spleen deficiency type Warming spleen,phlegm stasis,spleen phlegm and asthma medicine.7d is a continuous course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,biochemical parameters,adverse reactions.2 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Result] 187 cases were cured,improved in 19 cases,ineffective in 20 cases,total effective rate 91.20%.[Conclusion] Differential Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease effect is remarkable,worthy of promotion.更多还原
