【摘要】 [目的]观察疏肝温肾汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将148例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序编号法随机分为两组。对照组72例马来酸曲美布汀片,100mg/次,3次/d,饭前30min服用。治疗组76例疏肝温肾汤(四逆散合四神丸加味,枳壳麸炒12g,杭芍药、醋柴胡各15g,炙甘草6g,肉豆蔻、补骨脂炒各15g,五味子9g,吴茱萸3g,云苓20g,防风12g,灶心土先煎30g,黄连6g,生姜3g为引);每剂160mL×2,160mL/次,早晚饭后30min温服。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、复发率、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈64例,有效9例,无效3例,总有效率96.10%。对照组治愈31例,有效20例,无效213例,总有效率70.80%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。复发率治疗组4.10%,对照组31.40%,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]疏肝温肾汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征效果满意,服用方便,无毒副作用,值得推广。更多还原
