【摘要】 [目的]观察扶正清瘤汤联合西药促进乳腺癌术后及化疗后恢复疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按随机数字表方法随机分为两组,对照组40例西药常规治疗,治疗组40例术后次日开始口服扶正清瘤汤100mL,2次/d,连用7d。西药治疗同对照组,观测临床症状(术后伤口引流量,皮瓣坏死、积液、感染等术后并发症)、伤口愈合时间,血常规。[结果]术后伤口引流量两组无差异(P>0.05);伤口愈合时间治疗组短于对照组(P<0.05);术后并发症治疗组少于对照组(P<0.05);血常规3项术前及术后第3天两组无显著性差异(P>0.05),术后第9天及化疗后WBC、PLT两组仍无显著性差异(P>0.05),Hb治疗组恢复明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]扶正清瘤汤可改善乳腺癌术后一般状况,为术后尽早化疗提供条件,并发症少,伤口愈合时间缩短。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] to observe righting clear tumor soup combined western medicine to promote breast cancer and chemotherapy after recovery after curative effect.[Method] Use random parallel control method,80 cases of hospitalized patients in clinic sequence numbers method randomly divided into two groups: control group(40 cases of routine western medicine treatment,the treatment group 40 cases of postoperative the next day began to oral righting clear tumor soup 100 mL,2 times days,post in the 7 days.Western medicine treatment with control group,observation clinical symptoms(postoperative wound lead flow,the necrosis of skin flap,effusion,infection postoperative complications),wound healing time,blood routine.[Results] Postoperative wound lead flow two groups of no difference(P>0.05);The wound healing time short treatment group than the control group(P<0.05);The postoperative complications treatment group less than that in control group(P<0.05);Routine blood 3 items,the preoperative and postoperative third day two groups has no significant difference(P>0.05),9 days after surgery and chemotherapy WBC,PLT two groups still has no significant difference(P>0.05),the treatment group Hb recovery is obviously superior to the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Righting clear tumor soup can improve breast cancer postoperative general situation,to provide the condition as soon as possible after chemotherapy,fewer complications,wound healing time is shortened.更多还原
