【摘要】 [目的]观察消痹熏洗液联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例门诊及住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组60例常规食疗、口服降糖药和(或)胰岛素控制血糖,甲钴胺片1mg,3次/d。治疗组60例消痹方(细辛、桂枝、桃仁、红花、海风藤、络石藤、牛膝、当归各50g),外用散剂,100g/次,经开水冲泡后,冲调成具有适宜温度的外用熏洗液,1剂/d,取汁至1000mL,熏洗器(自制)36℃恒温熏洗双足20 min,2次/d。西药治疗同对照组。两组均连续治疗15d为1个疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效26例,有效29例,无效5例,总有效率91.70%。对照组显效20例,有效27例,无效13例,总有效率78.34%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中药消痹方熏药法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,近期症状改善明显,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To observe the Xiaobifangxunxiye combined with western medicine in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.[Methods]Using randomized controlled methods,120 cases(outpatient and inpatient) were randomly divided into two groups.60 cases of the control group routine diet,oral hypoglycemic agents and(or) insulin to control blood sugar,Mecobalamin tablets 1mg,3 times / day.The treatment group of 60 cases of Xiaobifangxunxiye(Xixin,Guizhi,Taoren,Honghua,Haifengteng,Luoshiteng,Niuxi,Danggui each 50g),powder for external use,100g / times,the boiling water after brewing,brewing with suitable temperature topical lotion,1 doses of / d,take juice to 1000mL,fumigation device(self-made) constant temperature of 36 ℃ fumigation double 20 min,2 / day.Western medicine treatment with the control group.The two groups were continuously treated with 15d for 1 courses.Observation of clinical curative effect,adverse reaction.Continuous 2 courses of treatment,the curative effect.26 cases of group therapy.[Results]Effective 29 cases,invalid 5 cases,the total efficiency of 91.70%.The control group 20 cases markedly effective,effective 27 cases,invalid 13 cases,the total efficiency of 78.34%.The efficacy of the treatment group than in control group(P < 0.05).[Conclusion]Chinese Xiaobifangxunxiye fumigating therapy in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy,the symptoms improved significantly,worthy of promotion.更多还原
