【摘要】 [目的]观察参麦注射液联合西药治疗慢性重度心力衰竭疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将62例住院患者按抽签法随机分为两组,对照组31例舒地尔30mg,1次/d,静滴。治疗组31例参麦注射液40mL/次,1次/d,西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血压、心率及左室射血分数、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效20例,有效7例,无效4例,总有效率87.10%。对照组显效18例,有效3例,无效10例,总有效率67.70%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。舒张压、收缩压、心率、左室射血分数指标两组均有改善,治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]参麦注射液联合西药治疗慢性重度心力衰竭疗效确切,并未增加不良反应发生率,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To observe Shen Mai injection combined with western medicine treatment of chronic severe heart failure efficacy.[Methods]randomized controlled,62 inpatients balloting method were randomly divided into two groups,31 cases of Shu Er 30mg,1 times / day,intravenous infusion.Treatment group,31 cases of Shen Mai Injection 40ml / times,1 times / day,and Western medicine treatment with the control group.Continuous treatment for 14 d for a course.Observation of clinical symptoms,blood pressure,heart rate and left ventricular ejection fraction,adverse reactions.Continuous one course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]treatment group,20 cases markedly effective in 7 cases,4 cases,the total efficiency of 87.10%.Control group,18 cases markedly effective in 3 cases,10 cases,the total efficiency of 67.70%.The treatment group than the control group(P < 0.05).Diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,heart rate,left ventricular ejection fraction of both groups were improved in the the improved treatment group than the control group(P < 0.05).[Conclusion]Shen Mai injection combined with western medicine in the treatment of severe chronic heart failure efficacy did not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,should be widely applied.更多还原
