【摘要】 目的:观察galectin-7蛋白在人非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达,探讨galectin-7在NSCLC中的临床意义。方法:采用Western blot(WB)和免疫组织化学染色法(IHC)检测30例NSCLC组织及相应癌旁正常肺组织中galectin-7的表达情况。结果:WB结果显示galectin-7在NSCLC的表达较癌旁组织显著增高(1.33±0.11 vs.0.06±0.02,P<0.01)。IHC显示NSCLC中galectin-7染色明显强于癌旁组织,galectin-7主要表达于肺癌细胞、浸润淋巴细胞的胞膜和胞浆中。结论:galectin-7的高表达与NSCLC相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of galectin-7 in human non- small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods The expressions of galectin-7 in 30 cases of human NSCLC tissues and paracancerous normal lung tissues were detected by Western blot(WB) and immunohistochemical staining(IHC). Results The expression of galectin-7 in human NSCLC tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous normal lung tissues(1.33 ± 0.11 vs. 0.06 ± 0.02, P < 0.01), and the staining of galectin-7 in NSCLC tissues was also stronger. Galectin-7 was mainly located in lung cancer cells and lymphocytes. Conclusion Galectin-7 is related to NSCLC.更多还原
