细菌溶解产物对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者免疫功能的影响
Immune regulation of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by bacteria lysates
【摘要】 目的:探讨细菌溶解产物对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者免疫球蛋白及辅助性Th17细胞(Th17)/调节性T细胞(Treg)的影响。方法:将70例COPD患者随机分为治疗组37例,对照组33例,治疗组联合应用口服细菌溶解产物、吸入噻托溴铵吸入剂,对照组单用吸入噻托溴铵吸入剂。疗程6个月,6个月后检测两组患者外周静脉血中IgG、IgM、IgA及Th17、Treg、Th17/Treg。结果:治疗组IgG、IgA均高于对照组(P<0.05),IgM差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组Th17较对照组升高(P<0.05),Treg两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),Th17/Treg高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:口服细菌溶解产物可以提高COPD患者IgG、IgA、Th17/Treg,从而改善患者的体液和细胞免疫功能。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of bacterial lysates on the levels of immunoglobulin and Thelper 17(Th17) / regulatory T cells(Treg) in patients with stable phase of COPD. Methods Seventy patients with COPD were randomly divided into 2 groups, including 37 cases in the treatment group and 33 cases in the control group. The patients in the treatment group received oral dosing of bacterial lysates combined with atomizing inhalation tiotroiu roide, and the patients in the control group only received atomizing inhalation tiotroiu roide. After six-month treatment, the levels of IgG, IgM, IgA, and Th17, Treg, Th17 / Treg were determined in peripheral blood of COPD patients. Results The proportion of IgG, IgA, Th17 cells, Th17 / Treg in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05, respectively),but not for the levels of IgM and Treg(P > 0.05, respectively).Conclusion Oral dosing of bacterial lysates can increase the levels of IgG, IgA and Th17 / Treg in COPD patients,there by improving the humoral and cellular immune function of COPD patients.
