【摘要】 目的:探讨比较椎间盘镜(micro endoscopic discectomy,MED)和小切口手术治疗椎间盘突出症的近期疗效。方法:比较椎间盘镜椎间盘手术(MED组)和小切口椎间盘髓核摘除术(小切口组)各52例患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后下地时间、平均住院时间、Oswestry功能障碍指数(0swestry disability index,ODI)、VAS评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、JOA评分(Japanese orthopedics association,JOA)。结果:MED组的术中出血量、平均住院时间及下地时间少于小切口组,手术时间多于小切口组。两组患者手术前后的JOA值、VAS评分和ODI值均差异没有显著性。结论:椎间盘镜和小切口椎间盘髓核摘除术治疗椎间盘突出症的手术疗效差异无显著性,他们之间各有优缺点,需根据患者情况及医院条件选择恰当的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore and compare the efficacy of micro-endoscopic discectomy(MED) and small incision method on lumbar disc herniation. Methods 104 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into MED group and small incision method group(each n = 52). The operating time, hemorrhage,ambulation and average hospitalization time, Oswestry disability index(ODI), visual analogue scale(VAS) and Japanese orthopedics association(JOA) between the groups were compared. Results The hemorrhage, ambulation and average hospitalization time in MED group were less than those in small incision method group, but operation time was longer. There were no significant differences in JOA, VAS and ODI between the two groups before or after the operation. Conclusions There was no significant difference in the efficacies of MED and small incision method for lumbar disc herniation. Both MED and small incisions method could be rather successful but possessing advantages and disadvantages of each own. To choose the proper operation method according to the patients’ conditions and hospital facilities would be wise choice.更多还原
