【摘要】 目的:观察鼻咽癌患者放疗后咽旁正常组织的18F-FDG摄取情况。方法 :对2010年1月至2012年4月在我院行18F-FDG hPET/CT检查的鼻咽癌放疗后患者43例及同期门诊体检的健康人员10例进行回顾性分析。将患者按照放疗后不同随访时间分为:A组(放疗后≤3个月),B组(放疗后3～12个月),C组(放疗后≥12个月),在每例患者断层图像的4个层面(分别为鼻咽、软腭、舌根中部、舌骨水平)测定咽周正常组织最大放射性计数(T)及气管隆突水平右侧全肺平均放射性计数(L),计算其比值(T/L),4个层面上分别计为T/L1、T/L2、T/L3、T/L4,用ANOVA比较各组患者T/L1、T/L2、T/L3、T/L4。结果:B、C组患者T/L2值高于对照组(P<0.01),B组患者的T/L3值高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鼻咽癌患者放疗后咽旁正常组织FDG摄取增高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the18F-FDG uptake in parapharyngeal normal tissues of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after definitive radiation therapy.Methods Retrospective study was made using the data from 43 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients and 10 health subjects examineded by 18F-FDG hPET/CT in our hospital from January 2010 to April 2012.Those patients are divided into 3 groups based on the size of carcinoma :group A(≤3 months posttreatment),group B(3 ～ 12 months posttreatment),group C(≥12 months posttreatment).The maximum target radiocounts(T) were determined in four parapharyngeal regions(nasopharygeal,soft palate,base of the tongue mid,hyoid) of each case and the mean counts in the whole right lung on the slice of tracheal carina(L).Then the ratio of them(T/L) was calculated 4 times(T/L1,T/L2,T/L3,T/L4) for each patient.ANOVA analysis was applied to compare T/L1,T/L2,T/L3,T/L4 of each groups.Results The value of T/L2 in group B and group C are higher than control group(P < 0.05),T/L2 of higher than control group(P < 0.05)and T/L3 of group B higher than control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions The FDG uptake of parapharyngeal normal tissues increases after radiotherapy.更多还原
