【摘要】 目的:探讨人胃癌组织中水通道蛋白5(aquaporin 5,AQP5)的表达及其与淋巴结转移之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测40例胃癌组织及相应癌旁正常组织中AQP5蛋白的表达。结果:AQP5蛋白在胃癌组织中表达高于癌旁正常组织,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.218,P<0.05);淋巴结转移阳性的胃癌组织中AQP5蛋白的表达高于淋巴结转移阴性的胃癌组织,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.274,P<0.01);AQP5表达与胃癌淋巴结转移之间呈正相关(r=0.455,P<0.05)。结论 :AQP5可能参与胃癌的发生、发展和转移,是抗胃癌治疗的新靶标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression of aquaporin 5(AQP5) and its relationship with lymph node metastasis in human gastric cancer.Methods Immunohistochemistry was applied to evaluate the expression of AQP5 in 40 cases of human gastric cancer tissues and the corresponding adjacent normal tissues.Results AQP5 was up-regulated in gastric cancer tissues than that in adjacent normal tissues(χ2= 7.218,P < 0.05).The expression of AQP5 in gastric cancer tissues with lymph node metastasis was significantly increased than that without lymph node metastasis(χ2 = 8.274,P < 0.01).Expression of AQP5 was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis(r = 0.455,P < 0.05).Conclusions AQP5 might be involved in the pathogenesis and metastasis of human gastric cancer and maybe a potential therapeutic target against gastric cancer.更多还原
